Court Watch

In order to promote the concept of ‘lawyers without borders' and closely follow the development of women's rights in Asia, the Network has undertaken to organize court watch missions to monitor ongoing cases concerning violation of women's rights. This will provide an opportunity to the members of the ACLN to provide hands on support to the lawyers engaged in pursuing the litigation.

The ultimate purpose of conducting this activity will be to coordinate responses against adverse legal developments in a particular country that may have implications for other Asian countries.
