The Hon'ble Supreme Court passed the following orders in the Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos.457-487 OF 2008
Notice was issued by the Hon'ble Court as to why all the writ petitions pending in different High Courts should not be transferred to this Hon'ble Court.
The matter was posted for hearing along with smoke free transfer petition.
The Writ Petition pending in different High Courts were transferred to the Supreme Court.
